We currently ship orders within Australia only.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days, though delays may occur due to factors outside our control such as weather or carrier issues.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days at poseselfie25@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
